§  Outgoing Mail Server – smtp.mail.com

c.       Logon Information

§  User Name – xyz@mail.com
§  Password - ******

Step 9 – After giving the above incoming and outgoing mail server inputs, click on the More Settings… option

Step 10 – In the next step, select and click on the Outgoing Mail Server and check mark on the ‘My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication’.

Step 11 – Click on the Advanced Tab option. In the incoming server, mention 995 as server port and check the ‘this server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)’. Similarly, mention 587 next to the outgoing mail server and select TLS as encrypted connection type.

Step 12 – After giving the above inputs, firstly click on OK and then click on the NEXT Tab.

Step 13 – In the final step, click on the Finish option
