Ø 550 5.1.1: Invalid Mailbox: (Your Name) @(Area).rr.com: It means that the address of recipient doesn’t exist or the email account of the receiver isn’t active.
Ø 552-5.3.4: Message too large; message rejected: It means the message you’ve sent is larger than the permitted value. The limit is 30 MB.
Ø 554: Virus Detected.

Ø 554-5.7.1: Roadrunner restricts some messages to one recipient even though it allows messages from null senders. The null sender is used to deliver status notifications and the same messages. In answer to other emails, DSNs are sent and since the message can only have a single sender hence it becomes important that DSN must also keep one recipient.
Ø 553-5.1.2: The Roadrunner email address of the recipient isn’t local.
Ø 421 4.3.2: Unable to connect as the server is busy or experiencing high traffic

Ø They can also arise because of email configuration. In that case, you can go to the login page and sign in to your account and click on the general settings so that the account can be configured again.
